Process Flow to Manufacturing Woven Fabric

  1. Yarn from Spinning

    • Yarn is produced by spinning fibers.
  2. Warp Yarn Preparation

    • Warping: Arranging warp yarns onto a beam.
    • Sizing: Strengthening the warp yarns to withstand weaving.
    • Drawing-in and Denting: Inserting the warp yarns into the loom.
  3. Looming

    • Setting up the loom for weaving.
  4. Tying-in

    • Connecting the prepared warp yarns to the loom.

Weaving Preparation:

  • For Conventional Loom (Shuttle Loom):

    • Pirn Winding: Winding the weft yarn onto a pirn for insertion into the shuttle.
  • For Modern Loom (Shuttleless Loom):

    • Cone (Directly from Spinning): Weft yarn is used directly from spinning in the form of a cone.
